Join our team as a Security Coordinator at Wilson James. In this role you will work closely with Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) and the Business Director to ensure security operations run smoothly and efficiently across all sites within each ROM’s portfolio.

£30,000 per annum

• Ensure full shift coverage on sites by liaising with staff and agencies when required.
• Manage the zero-hours team, conducting regular welfare checks onsite.
• Liaise with Payroll and HR Departments to resolve individual officer queries.
• Oversee Timegate administration and reporting (training provided).
• Process security licence applications and support disciplinary investigations.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for recruitment interviews, including scheduling and candidate communications.
