Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Join our team and work on-site, delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure services that keep business operations running smoothly and  this role, you’ll take ownership of critical infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring stability, security, and scalability. You’ll collaborate with teams and external partners, provide technical leadership on projects, and drive improvements in reliability and disaster recovery strategies.

• Manage and maintain infrastructure hardware, cloud platforms, and backup solutions
• Ensure security, performance, and disaster recovery readiness
• Provide technical guidance on projects and vendor management
• Create and maintain clear operational documentation
• Drive improvements in reliability and operational processes

• Extensive experience as a subject matter expert in infrastructure support and maintenance across on-premise and cloud data centres, including servers, storage, backup & recovery, and cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), ideally within the oil and gas sector or similar
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and automation tools (Power Shell, Ansible, Terraform)
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and virtualisation technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
