VR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Manager on behalf of a well-respected main contractor for a new project in Aberdeen.

The project is a £2.8m newbuild steel frame retail unit, and we are seeking a Site Manager with a strong background in managing similar commercial builds, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day management of site operations

* Coordination and supervision of subcontractors

* Ensuring the project is delivered on programme and within budget

* Maintaining health & safety standards and site compliance

* Liaising with the client, design team, and project stakeholders

Essential

Qualifications:

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* CSCS

Experience

Required:

* Proven experience managing newbuild projects

* Experience with steel frame construction preferred

* Strong leadership and communication skills
