Responsibilities- Support offshore teams to coordinate maintenance activities so as not to interfere with client’s critical path activities
- Responsible for ensuring all preventative and general maintenance is carried out by offshore teams and supporting records completed and submitted
- Responsible for ensuring system inventories are maintained and submitted as expected
- Prepare formal procedures/reports as required in support of technical team
- Ensure technical reports are completed and submitted at the end of each offshore cycle relating to all aspects of the project and technical repairs carried out
- Support all engineering, maintenance, procedures, and certification for system mob/demobilisation as required
- Responsible for review and update of system and equipment specification sheets
- Provide technical support to the ROV teams as required
- Support SCM and logistics teams with selection of and hire/purchase of spares & consumables, receipt of goods, distribution, and logistics
- Technical/ SCM support to Project/Asset Managers and the Commercial team
- Monitor asset tracking
- Manage regional onshore maintenance & refurbishment activities for all ROV equipment.
- Travel to offshore locations to assist with emergency situations and assist with mobilisations and demobilisations where required
You should have extensive Technical & Operational experience in the ROV industry and ideally be familiar with all aspects of subsea operations relating to ROVOP's offshore activities. In-depth knowledge of ROV Systems currently being utilised by ROVOP, along with SCM awareness would be advantageous.
You should be PC literate with proven experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
