As ROV Workshop Mechanical Technician
, you will assist in carrying out mechanical maintenance on Saipem ROV and equipment systems (ROV, TMS, Winch, HPU, A-Frame, etc.) under the direction of the Workshop Manager and Lead Workshop Technician.

• Assist in mechanical maintenance activities on Saipem’s ROV and equipment under supervision of Lead technicians.
• Develop knowledge and experience on mechanical maintenance of ROV and equipment.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of workshop equipment.
• Become familiar with Saipem’s current protocols and industry codes, statutory rules and regulations.
• Ensure all activities comply with Saipem’s health, safety, quality and environmental policies.

• Industry training in mechanical disciplines, e.g., Time-served or equivalent.

• Previous mechanical maintenance experience in a similar role.

Note: All applicants must reside in the UK and have full, permanent UK right‑to‑work status. Medical assessments are required as part of the offer of employment.

• 6‑month contractor role with potential transition to staff; full time, 37.5 hours per week.
