• Hourly pay rate of £12.21
• Tips:
  Receive a share of uncapped tips

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers. You’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor, greets and attends to guests, and ensures they feel valued and entertained.

You go beyond interaction; you infuse every moment with excitement and care, ensuring that each guest’s visit exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm creates a vibrant, engaging atmosphere encouraging customers to return time and again. You’ll set the tone for a fantastic gaming adventure for every visitor.

• Understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit and those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area
• Experience working successfully in a hospitality role
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered
