Senior Analyst, Equity Corporate Action

Responsibilities

Handle daily corporate action duties including announcement monitoring, instruction processing and entitlement distribution.

Rectify and follow up on any mismatch on shareholding and entitlement.

Involve in CCASS operation and corporate action process of global custodian.

Provide support on ad hoc projects and assignments.

• University degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of working experience with good understanding of corporate actions in listed equity.
• Experience in corporate actions of both Hong Kong and global markets is an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated with good attention to details, responsible and independent.
• Able to finish tasks efficiently and adhere to meet tight deadline.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese with fluency in Mandarin.
• Candidate with more relevant experiences could be considered as Assistant Manager.
