The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Forensic Accountant Assistant Manager/Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be working with our Partners and Forensics Senior Manager.
In this role, you will manage a range of Forensic cases, driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the continued success and growth of our division.
Key Responsibilities- Working under the partner and Senior Manager, handle a caseload of forensic cases, including contractual and shareholder disputes, business interruption/lost profits, and fraud investigations.
- Preparation of forensic accountant reports, ensuring they accurately present the analysis, findings, and conclusions.
- Prepare analysis to support business valuations and damage assessments.
- Support the team with complex assignments, helping to identify and recommend the best approaches.
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, including solicitors and claimants, to ensure smooth handling of cases.
- Attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing solicitors and clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for the firm.
- Stay updated on legal and technical changes that may impact cases, ensuring compliance and relevance.
- ACA/ACCA/CA qualified with forensic accounting experience.
- Demonstrable technical expertise in forensic accounting, to include dispute work.
- Ability to learn further on the job along with helping train colleagues and develop our team.
- Excellent communication skills for internal team collaboration and client interaction.
