Checking and verifying the monthly Financial Statements and Financial Reporting schedules

Verifies all Journal Entries and makes notion entries for postings to General Ledger

Verifies all DC Journals submitted by Income, AR and Chief/General Cashier are promptly and timely prepared accordingly to time schedule given

To assist in preparation of monthly Financial Statement and ensures the accuracy of the Statement produced

Prepare the daily Bank Balance report to head office and maintain an appropriate bank balance

Supervisor of accounts payable daily operation with corporate guidelines with high degree of integrity and accuracy

Prepares outlooks for forthcoming months and forecasts for the remainder of the year

Assists in enhancing the workflow and procedures of the finance department

Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance department and 2 years in similar capacity preferably gained in hospitality industry

Skills and experience in hotel various operation departments is a plus

Strong business trends awareness

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Sound leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Computer literacy, Sophisticated, meticulous, initiative and able to work under pressure
