Support Worker – Community Integrated Care

Join Community Integrated Care as a Support Worker at our Aberdeen site (Donald Dewar Court). This part‑time position (15 hours) offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of people living in our purpose‑built bungalows.

Role Overview

As a Support Worker you will provide 24/7 support to 7 individuals, helping with mobility, personal care, daily living tasks and maintaining their homes. The role includes evenings, weekends and occasional on‑call duties, with shift patterns of 7:00‑14:30, 14:15‑21:45 and a dedicated waking night team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.
  • Support mobility and transportation, ensuring safety and dignity.
  • Help maintain the clients’ homes and gardens.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities such as gardening, walks and social outings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Work flexible hours and cover weekend or on‑call shifts as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Minimum age 25 years.
  • Reliable, honest and compassionate individual.
  • Good communication skills and ability to build trust.
  • Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours.
