• Monitoring global personnel tracking systems and responding to alerts.
• Acting as the first point of contact on the Restrata Emergency Line.
• Supporting emergency response teams during real incidents.
• Monitoring IT, communications, and safety systems across multiple client sites.
• Responding to help‑desk queries and logging support requests.
• Preparing daily reports and maintaining operational logs.
• Liaising with international offices and global clients.
• Assisting with training exercises and supporting operational projects.
