- Oversee ticket management and keep our documentation sharp
- Deliver game-changing technical projects with our PMO
- Forge strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Diagnose, configure, and provision systems-remotely and onsite
- Elevate team performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure we exceed SLAs and set the standard for best practices
- Microsoft Azure, Meraki, or Unify certifications
- Experience in MSP environments
- Mastery of ITIL 4 Service and Technical practices
