You will be part of a market‑leading team advising on a wide range of rural property matters, including:

• Purchase and sale of estates, farms, forestry, and other rural land
• Natural Capital markets (carbon codes, biodiversity)
• Agricultural holdings (contentious and non‑contentious)
• Sporting interests and voluntary registration projects
• Commercial agreements and land‑use contracts

• Qualified solicitor with experience in real estate or rural property
• Genuine interest in rural sector work
• Strongお technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage transactions independently and meet deadlines
