An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Associate (1–6 years PQE) to join the Aberdeen office of a globally renowned law firm. This role offers exposure to complex and high‑profile employment matters, both domestic and international, within a team consistently ranked among the top employment law practices in the UK.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team advising blue‑chip clients across sectors. The work is varied and includes:

• Strategic employment law advice
• High‑value complex claims
• Cross‑border and international projects
• Executive‑level issues including restrictive covenants and remuneration packages
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions including M&A and outsourcing

• A minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience in employment law within a commercial practice
• Strong technical expertise and commercial acumen
• Experience advising on senior grievances, whistleblowing, restructuring, and cross‑border issues
• A team‑oriented approach and excellent communication skills
