As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Drill Bits Services, you will ensure Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long‑term revenue and profit opportunities, and guarantees flawless execution, on‑time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to align with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
Responsibilities- Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
- Conducting all activities in line with our non‑negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in the UK, Germany and other European countries
- Handling the scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements to provide effective support
- Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close‑out
- Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of client objectives
- Driving sales through bits and BHA optimizations
- Maintaining complete and current knowledge of the product status including future use and needs of the customer
- Managing the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved
- Being self‑independent and collaborating with international teams to gather the equipment needed
- Have a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of rig operations
- Drill bits technical knowledge and optimization through analytical analysis
- Proven experience in drill bits
- Track record of operation performance success through optimization
- Presence in customer daily drilling meetings
- Effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Successful at building relationships and collaborating to resolve problems
- Knowledge of the drill‑bits industry, its competitors, products, markets, key players and customers in the area is a plus
