Project & Risk Consultant

Prism Connect is currently recruiting a Permanent Project & Risk Consultant for a reputable Oil & Gas consultancy based in Aberdeen, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring comprehensive risk management practices are integrated throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.

This role demands a proactive approach to risk assessment and management, providing expert guidance to ensure project success and operational safety. As a Lead Project/Risk Manager, you will also be expected to lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate stakeholder communication, and implement robust project control processes to minimise risk and maximise efficiency.

• Extensive experience as a Lead Project/Risk Manager in the Oil & Gas sector
• Proven ability to manage and mitigate project risks effectively
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from inception to completion
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Degree or relevant qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Proficiency in project management and risk management software tools
