An exciting opportunity has opened up for a highly motivated band 5 nurse to become part of a busy 18-bed unit caring for Level 2 patients, including all surgical specialties and polytrauma. It is a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing and developing.

• Lead and prioritise own workload while working well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and be able to motivate self and others.
• Provide nursing care in an acute setting, including experience with infusion devices, invasive lines and monitoring patients.
• Work a 12-hour shift pattern covering day and night rotations.

• Current UK NMC registration is essential.
• Genuine interest in Surgical HDU and polytrauma nursing.
• Experience in an acute setting with infusion devices, invasive lines and patient monitoring is beneficial.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload and work well within a team.

• Valuable training opportunities available to advance critical care knowledge and skill.
• Attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 for successful candidates.
