Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organised Stores Person to support our kiosk operations throughout the day and take the lead as a Supervisor on matchdays at Aberdeen Football Club.

This is a hands‑on role that plays a vital part in delivering a smooth and successful matchday experience for our fans. You'll be responsible for ensuring kiosks are fully stocked, set up and ready to go and you'll take charge of the team when the stadium comes alive.

• Supporting the daily setup and restocking of kiosks across Pittodrie Stadium.
• Managing stock levels and ensuring equipment is in place and ready.
• Taking ownership of kiosk readiness and presentation.
• Leading and supervising the kiosk team on matchdays ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Communicating clearly with team members and management.
• Performing regular heavy lifting as part of stock movement and setup duties.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is dependable and self‑motivated.
• Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Can work independently and take initiative.
• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Has experience in hospitality retail or event operations (preferred but not essential).
• Enjoys working in a fast‑paced team‑focused environment.

• Flexibility is essential; working hours may vary depending on matchday schedules and operational needs.
• Uniform and relevant training will be provided.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are key to success in this role.
• Previous experience in a stadium hospitality or retail environment is beneficial but not essential.
