We are currently recruiting Refuse Collection Drivers to operate bin lorries for a well‑established waste and recycling operation in the Aberdeen area. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady weekday work with early finishes.
The Role:- Driving refuse collection vehicles (bin lorries) safely and responsibly
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Assisting with waste and recycling collections where required
- Working as part of a crew to complete scheduled routes
- Adhering to all health & safety and road traffic regulations
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience driving large vehicles is preferred
- Good knowledge of road safety and safe driving practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Offer:
- £13.94 per hour
- Monday to Friday work — no weekends
- Overtime enhanced rates
- Early finish at 2:30 pm
