As Commissioning Home Manager, you’ll lead the full registration and commissioning process while building a high‑performing, values‑driven team from scratch. You’ll drive occupancy growth, embed strong governance and operational systems, and establish the home as a trusted care provider within the local community. Above all, you’ll create a culture where residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home from the moment we open our doors.

We’re looking for an inspiring Home Manager who leads with both expertise and heart. Someone who understands that outstanding care comes from a combination of clinical excellence, commercial strength, and a culture built on trust, respect, and kindness. You’ll have proven experience leading a nursing care service, with a confident grasp of regulatory standards, dementia care and governance, and the commercial insight to ensure long‑term success through strong occupancy and financial performance.

Nurse qualified is desirable, though not essential for an exceptional leader with credible clinical oversight.
