Veterinary Surgeon Needed - Abergavenny, Wales Borders (to £65K)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join a local, successful and established small animal veterinary practice in the stunning Abergavenny area of Wales.

• Full‑time hours: 4 days a week, including some Saturday mornings on a rota and some inpatient on‑call.
• Practice facilities:
  Spacious, modern, with DR X‑ray, dental X‑ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, blood gas machines and more.
• Ideal candidate:
  Confident, first‑opinion, all‑round GP Vet.
• Team: 12 vets, including certificate holders in Medicine and Radiology.
• Surgical mentorship from a Cert AVP to develop advanced surgical procedures.
• Generous CPD and study support for certificates.
• Abergavenny is one of the best places to live in Wales, with the Brecon Beacons National Park on the doorstep and easy access to Bristol, Cardiff and London.

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Confident, first‑opinion, all‑round GP Vet.

• Salary up to £65,000 per annum, reflecting experience.
