Salary:Starting from £18,023 with annual progression through the scheme duration.
What you'll be doing:- Controls Systems Technician Apprentices aid design, implementation and maintenance of processes to optimise productivity.
- Ensuring manufacturing plant and equipment is running smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Finding creative solutions to problem, assisting with preventive maintenance plans, analysing processes and help in making improvements in a highly complex and varied manufacturing site.
- Designing and developing new controls systems.
- Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems.
- Analysing data and presenting findings.
- Fault diagnosis of PLC and SCADA systems.
- Working with design engineers and operational functions.
