We’re seeking a highly committed and motivated individual to join the Anaesthetics team at Bronglais General Hospital in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. The role offers a high‑quality service to patients and involves forward‑looking development.

• Provide an anaesthesia service for general, orthopaedic, gynaecological, obstetric and ophthalmic surgery, both urgent and elective.
• Attend theatre sessions across a range of specialties, agreed with the successful applicant based on sub‑specialty interests.
• Work a fully flexible rota that includes elective theatre lists, urgent surgery/trauma lists, daytime ITU sessions.
• Cover day and night resident on‑call for theatres and ICU, and a second on‑call from home 7 days a week.
• On‑call shifts attract a band 3 supplement and are on a rolling rota specific to Bronglais.
