Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the entire Manufacturing Team, including logistics and stores.
Stay up to date with the latest manufacturing industry techniques and innovations.
Proactively engage new product introductions.
Lead by example in Instilling a continuous improvement culture into the department
Build and oversee supplier relationships and stock management.
Complete responsibility for departmental health and safety requirements.
Facilitate audits and tours of the facility, both internal and external.
Oversee onboarding training of new employees.

Requirements

Experienced operational leader within a manufacturing environment, overseeing production, stores and logistics.
Strong background in people management.
A good understanding of continuous improvement.
A sound understanding of health and safety principles.m
