Highways Roadworker

We are looking to recruit a Road worker to join our Highways and Environmental Services team on a permanent basis, based at our Glanyrafon Depot in Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Work in a number of varied tasks, tarmacing, slabing etc
• May be required to drive vehicles with specialist driving skills.

We are looking to recruit an individual:

• Who has a full Valid UK Driving license.
• Who has a knowledge of Highway Maintenance Activities
• Aware of Safe working practices.

The post requires a degree of fluency in the Welsh language. Please note that a successful applicant without the required Welsh language skill will be fully supported to reach the required standard within two years of appointment.
