On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious engineering led business developing advanced recycling processes that convert hard to recycle plastics into valuable chemical feed stocks. The company is scaling through development, demonstration and commercial projects, offering real influence over engineering direction and clear progression into senior management.

This is a hands‑on engineering leadership role, focused on physical process and plant delivery. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering activity across process, mechanical, electrical, EC&I and CAD, overseeing major projects in the UK and Europe from concept through construction and operations.

This role suits an engineering leader with strong project delivery experience who wants real influence at company level and clear progression.

• Lead the engineering and projects function across the business
• Manage engineering teams across process, mechanical, electrical, EC&I and CAD
• Oversee major projects across development, design, construction and operations
• Guide technical strategy and support continuous improvement

• Engineering professional with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Background in major industrial, petrochemical or related projects
• Experience delivering large scale projects from concept to operations
• Strong knowledge of engineering work processes, industry standards and coordination
