Interim Financial Controller

Our client is a private equity owned business process software group based in Wetherby. It has annual revenues of c £42m and operating subsidiaries in the US and Europe. The group is looking to recruit immediately an interim Financial Controller who, reporting to the Finance Director, can provide support with day to day control and both statutory & management reporting functions while the finance department transitions to a new organisational structure.

Candidates should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and cash flow management. have experience of multi-entity, multi-currency environments. have hands-on experience with statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, and VAT. possess strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Experience of working in a Private Equity-backed environment and an understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) would also be desirable The requirement is immediate. The role will be office based 3 days a week, is expected to sit outside IR35 and have a c6 month term.
