Salary: Up to £60,000 + performance bonus

They deliver responsive, high-quality IT solutions to 400+ sites nationwide, and pride themselves on exceptional customer service and long-term client partnerships. This role is ideal for a confident, customer‑focused engineer who enjoys variety, ownership, and hands‑on technical work.

• Lead and deliver new installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
• Provide expert on‑site and remote technical support
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and maintain system performance
• Implement robust network security and apply patches/firmware
• Plan capacity, optimise performance, and support future growth
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, and reporting
• Support project management, scheduling, and cross‑team collaboration

• 4–5 years in a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Networking & security (TCP/IP, Fortinet firewalls)
• Backup, DR, and general infrastructure management
• SQL experience is a bonus
