Tetra Tech RPS has an opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator to join our Legal Team in Abingdon. This role offers flexibility (full‑time or 4 days per week) and the chance to work in a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary consulting environment.

• Deliver general legal administration and support the Legal Team.
• Act as the first point of contact for legal requests, providing triage before allocation.
• Manage the contract review lifecycle tool (Panoram).
• Oversee the Legal Mailbox and ensure timely responses.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Answer queries on legal processes and company governance.
• Handle scanning, archiving, and filing of legal documentation.
• Coordinate with senior executive administrators for contract execution logistics.
• Assist with legal and commercial initiatives.
• Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.

• Previous experience as a Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to interact with senior management and manage upwards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies, including Panoram, SharePoint, AI legal review tools, Tetra-Tech technology, and various e‑signature platforms.
