Contracts Manager

We're looking for someone with energy, integrity and the ability to see the bigger picture. You'll motivate teams, influence design and delivery, and represent Hill in client and stakeholder relationships. Your leadership will make a direct impact on our success-and help shape communities across the region.

• Oversee multiple projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
• Lead, mentor and motivate site and project teams, ensuring consistent performance.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and customer service colleagues.
• Drive health & safety and ISO quality compliance across all sites.
• Champion continuous improvement, buildability and value engineering.
• Build excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider supply chain.

• Proven experience leading multiple construction projects at once.
• Strong knowledge of D&B contracts and project planning tools (ASTA Power Projects).
• Background in residential or mixed-use developments (groundworks, civil engineering, RC frame).
• Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS, First Aid, CIOB qualification (desirable).
