CNC Programmer

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Produce and provide part programmes, setting information for the shop floor

* Assist with the planning for the CNC section of the workshop floor

* Be responsible for the organization of programs

* Plan and specify tooling requirements for production, including fixture and cutting tool list

* Support and advise other employees as required

* Assist sales with technical advice, simulations & recommendations

The ideal CNC Programmer will:

* Skilled Programmer, setter and operator

* Experience and skill in programming and setting CNC plant, creating part programs and methodologies on CNC Mills

* Experience using HAAS machinery and/ or FANUC code

* Experience with EDGECAM CAD/CAM Software

* Be used to working with a range of materials and often to tight tolerances

Working Hours + Benefits:

* 37-hour weeks

* Opportunity for overtime, weekend and shift work (paid at a premium)
