We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations and supporting the company’s growth.

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Record and monitor all real estate transactions including property sales, lease payments, and commission structures.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Oversee company expenses, supplier payments, and petty cash management.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist in audits.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT laws, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Quick Books, Tally, or Zoho Books.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and financial data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
