Responsibilities- To independently plan, execute, and report on financial and operational audits within the approved Audit Plan, ensuring compliance with IIA Standards, Internal Audit.
- Plan and lead assigned financial audit engagements, including defining audit objectives, scope, methodology, and timelines, ensuring all ARC requests and expectations are fully met.
- Coordinate and manage periodic financial audits, including engagement with external auditors where applicable.
- Prepare, review, and present clear, concise audit reports, validate findings with process owners, and communicate results effectively across departments.
- Responsible for planning and executing audit engagements covering the following areas under the upcoming Audit Plan:
Economic Regulation, Talent Development, CR – Business Planning Tool, HC Operations.
