Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong data entry and administrative skills? We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support our day-to-day documentation and data management activities, ensuring information is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained while supporting smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities- Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before processing.
- Maintain and update records, registers, lists, and logs as required.
- Receive, organise, and file documents, ensuring proper record keeping and easy retrieval.
- Assist with electronic and hard-copy document management.
- Ensure assigned data entry tasks are completed within the required timelines.
- Identify and report missing, incorrect, or duplicate information.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of company and project-related information.
- Prepare data entry reports and assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or line manager.
High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelors Degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data entry or an administrative role.
Skills & Abilities- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with data entry systems, databases, or document management software such as SAP or Aconex will be an advantage.
