Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Storekeeper / Supervisor (Foreman) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Logistics Coordination:
  Manage and ensure efficient coordination of all logistical operations related to construction materials, equipment, and workforce.
• Material Inventory Management:
  Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all construction materials and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained for smooth workflow.
• Labor Deployment Management:
  Effectively manage the deployment and utilization of laborers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Driver Coordination:
  Organize and assign drivers for the timely and safe transportation of materials, equipment, and workers.
• Waste Collection and Disposal:
  Oversee the collection and proper disposal of waste materials, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Labor Accommodation Management:
  Manage accommodation arrangements for workers, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for the workforce.
• Procurement Assistance:
  Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and tools needed for the construction project.
• Site Safety and Compliance:
  Monitor safety practices on-site, ensuring all operations comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Storekeeper, specifically in construction or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment management.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and general computer applications.
• Leadership skills to manage laborers and coordinate various on-site activities effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness on-site.
