Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Diploma in Civil/Construction
• Minimum 10 years site supervision experience in civil construction (commercial, industrial, infrastructure, high-rise, or mixed-use projects)
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, structural works, and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety procedure, and quality compliance
• Proficient in planning, productivity optimization, and resource management
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to solve site challenges quickly and efficiently

For the expansion of an existing indoor Theme Park facility at Warner Bros. World in Abu Dhabi we are looking for an experienced Superintendent Civil / Construction

Key responsibilities:

• Sitesupervision:
  Oversee all daily on-site activities,ensuring work progresses according to plans and deadlines.
• Personnel and subcontractor management:
  Superviseconstruction crews, coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, andensure timely material and equipment delivery
• Safetyand compliance:
  Enforce safety regulations, conductsafety meetings, identify and address hazards, and ensure the projectmeets building codes and specifications.
• Quality control:
  Review blueprints and project documentsto ensure construction aligns with design requirements and verify the quality of work
• Problem-solving:
  
  Identify and resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays to keep the project on track.
• Documentation and reporting:
  Maintain daily logs, track progress, and prepare reports for project managers and other stakeholders
• Communication:
  
  Serve as the main point of contact between the site team, subcontractors,clients, and project managers, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Budgetand resource management:
  Assist in managing the project budget by tracking costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources, equipment,and personnel
