Package Manager - Rollercoaster Ride Installation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience in large-scale amusement park or ride installation projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and structural systems for rides
• Excellent communication and stakeholder mangement skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Familiarity with international safety standards for amusement rides

We are looking for an experienced Package Manager who will be responsible for managing and supervising the installation of roller coaster rides within a theme park construction project.

This role ensures seamless coordination between stakeholders, adherence to safety and quality standards, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling:
  Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for roller coaster installation acitivities
• Installation Supervision:
  
  Oversee on-site installation, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
• Coordination & Interface Management:
  
  Act as the primary interface between contractors, ride manufacturers, civil works teams, and client representatives to resolve technical and logistical issues
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
  
  Track project progress against schedule and budget, prepare regular status reports, and escalate risks or delays promtly
• Quality & Safety Assurance:
  
  Implement quality control measures and enforce safety protocols throughout the installation process
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
