With an exceptional reputation for quality, safety, and timely delivery, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager with proven experience in villa projects.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards across luxury villa project sites.
- Develop and implement site‑specific safety plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct routine site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Lead incident/accident investigations and recommend corrective measures.
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations to workforce & subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and international best practices.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, specifically in villa or residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and construction methodologies.
- NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent certification required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
- Experience working with high‑profile or reputable construction companies is preferred.
