The Site Engineer (HVAC) plays a critical role in executing and supervising Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning works on a complex construction project of Six Construct. The position requires technical expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage site activities to ensure the HVAC scope is delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.

• Supervise self-performed HVAC installations as per approved drawings and project timelines.
• Plan daily activities and manage manpower to achieve progress targets.
• Prepare material requests and follow up to ensure timely delivery to site.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
• Ensure adherence to Six Constructquality and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC site execution within large-scale or complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and commissioning processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with international standards and UAE construction regulations is preferred.
