• Conduct detailed inspections of construction sites throughout different project stages.
• Verify that construction activities comply with applicable codes and regulations.
• Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Document and report any discrepancies, violations, or safety hazards discovered on-site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve issues.
• Perform material inspections to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
• Monitor work and workmanship to ensure that quality assurance standards are met.
• Ensure that all safety practices are implemented and adhered to throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and work performed on-site.
• Attend project meetings to discuss progress, solutions to non-compliance, and safety issues.
• Prepare detailed inspection and progress reports for project documentation.
• Advise on corrective actions for non-compliance identified during inspections.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in civil inspection in construction projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and schematics accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and observational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
• Proficiency in using inspection and testing tools and technology.
