Star Services LLC is a leading provider of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services in the oil and gas industry.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Works Supervisor (Marine) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil works related to marine projects. This includes overseeing the construction of marine structures, such as docks, piers, and jetties, as well as the installation of pipelines and other equipment.

• Supervise and coordinate all civil works related to marine projects, including dock construction, pipeline installation, and other marine structures.
• Ensure that all civil works are completed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and within the designated time frame.
• Manage and monitor the performance of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that they adhere to project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and other documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Monitor project costs and ensure that the project stays within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil works supervision, preferably in marine projects.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
