Senior Civil Construction Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and site supervision, ensuring successful project execution in compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
• Oversee site activities including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and progress monitoring
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with design teams, architects, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications
• Prepare, review, and manage project documentation including reports, contracts, and permits
• Implement risk management strategies and proactively resolve construction-related issues
  
  Optimize construction methods and material usage to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Lead, mentor, and train junior engineers and site personnel
• Maintain effective communication with clients, government authorities, suppliers, and internal teams

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Proven experience in:
  • Civil construction
  • Infrastructure development
  • High-rise building projects
  • Government projects
• Strong background in Quality Management, Health & Safety (QHSE)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
• ESTIDAMA certification – Advantage (not mandatory)
