Contract Details :
Full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits package.

• Manage and supervise all aspects of civil and building construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Review and approve construction drawings, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and safety reports.
• Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and building construction, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
