Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cost control and budget tracking of the project.
- Support the preparation and updating of cost reports, summaries, and follow-up sheets.
- Assist in tracking LPOs, subcontractor payments, and IPCs.
- Assist in reviewing quantities, progress data, and cost-related documentation.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in Excel-based systems.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction commercial processes.
- Cost control
- Budget monitoring
- Quantity surveying
- Project cost reporting (preferably in superstructure projects)
- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have basic knowledge of construction commercial processes.
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Strong communication skills, able to coordinate with multiple departments
- Eager to improve technical and commercial knowledge
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and follow structured systems
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset
- Curious and motivated to develop professionally
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification
- Reliable and responsible with assigned tasks
