The Senior Construction Manager will lead construction activities for a mega oil and gas EPC project with a value exceeding US $1 Billion. The role requires comprehensive oversight of construction schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and risk management to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project management objectives.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and K  safety and quality policies.
• Lead the implementation of quality control and quality assurance measures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and hazards at the project site.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and contractor teams to resolve construction issues.

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• At least 5 years of experience executing Onshore/Offshore EPC contracts in large-scale oil and gas projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in construction management for projects worth more than US $1 Billion.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, quality, safety and risk.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
