We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Construction with strong hands‑on site exposure to villa and building projects. The role involves supervising and coordinating on‑site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Oversee construction activities for residential villas and building projects
• Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor site progress, materials, manpower, and project timelines
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and relevant authority requirements
• Support timely and cost-effective project completion

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Experience:

3–8 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor / Site Engineer

Proven hands‑on site experience in villa and building construction is mandatory

Exposure to telecom infrastructure projects is an added advantage

• Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and execution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of telecom civil works (ducts, chambers, manholes, asphalt, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with QA/QC, HSE practices, and authority requirements (RTA, ADM, etc.)

• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
