Since 1998 Havelock One Interiors has established itself as a leading turnkey fit‑out service provider in the Middle East. We specialise in interior contracting and the manufacturing of bespoke joinery metalworks and sophisticated shop fittings.

Assist the projects team by providing support in commercial activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for the fit‑out operations.

• Perform commercial activities (e.g., contractual documentation and writing)
• Prepare and track variation submittals
• Prepare progress billing
• Check Bill of Quantities (BOQs) against drawings to raise claims and assist the Project Manager (PM) with cost monitoring and controlling
• Assist in collecting and processing additional orders from suppliers for active projects
• Ensure compliance with the commercial framework
• Carry out QS functions, BOQ preparation, management and measurement activities

• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying and minimum 5 years experience in the same position.
• Good knowledge and experience in Quantity Surveying and contracting background.
• Ability to finalize contractual terms with contractors and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Suitable knowledge and familiarity with the interiors industry.
• Good technical awareness, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.
• Efficient use of time, high responsibility level and dependability.
