Oversees daily inspections and walkthroughs of building facilities, ensuring quality and compliance of contractor works. Manages snagging, site observations, warranty tracking, and defect notification records. Monitors testing and commissioning of MEP/ELV systems and reviews technical documentation, including material submittals, O&M manuals, and as‑built drawings. Prepares technical and asset condition reports, reviews PPM and service delivery plans, and coordinates closely with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure effective project and facility management.
WhatYou’ll Drive
- Conduct daily inspections and walkthroughs of building facilities.
- Monitor and inspect building contractor completion of and ongoing works.
- Prepare and monitor snag and site observation lists.
- Prepare and monitor warranty list for assets.
- Monitor and inspect the testing and commissioning of MEP/ELV systems.
- Review material submittals, O&M manuals and as‑built drawings.
- Prepare technical reports.
- Liaise with client, subcontractors, building contractor and consultant.
- Review all closed DNRs (defect notification reports) and update records.
- Review PPM plans and contract service delivery plans.
- Prepare asset condition report.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Building Services.
- 5+ years experience in construction or facility management.
- Experience in handover of contract is preferred.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of building assets and systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office.
- Experience in AutoCAD/BIM drawing preparation is preferred.
