Role OverviewWe are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities on site
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and subcontractors
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve site issues and report progress to management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
. - Minimum 15 years’ experience in road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills
. - Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities
