Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Officer
- Customer Service to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers
  • Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications and maintenance requests
  • Process customer requests, including account openings, online banking requests, and other services
  • Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM, call center, and online banking
  • Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals
  • Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings
  • Achieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking applications
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
  • Respond to customer inquiries forwarded from the call center
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Complete mandatory training programs to stay updated on bank products and services
  • Adhere to bank policies, processes, and procedures, both internal and external
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the banking sector
  • Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Knowledge of online and mobile banking platforms
  • Empathetic approach to customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and bank procedures
